A very, very rare Edo Period (1700s) dioramic Zushi Shrine encasing 37 pieces Buddhist Kannon Bosatsus or Hotoke-sama (Nyoirin, Seishi, Sho, Senju, etc.). Nothing to describe else, breath-taking to look at and just plain rare Buddhist Art piece. Made and signed by Tanaka Shusui as inscribed on the lacquered body of the Zushi.
